Great place for mission-driven work and people

Pros

- I enjoy that everyone is so driven by Truveta's message to save lives with data; it helps out with the company's morale - Great mentors in the company - Because it's so small, you know other people from other teams well, collaborate closely with each other, and your work is recognized more - Takes feedback seriously!

Cons

- No 401(k) matching, but everything else is fine
