Pays ok some of the employees are decent
Cons
Only looks out for the dollar, doesn't show employees any appreciation, atmosphere is depressing, owner bought an island and took away Christmas bonuses at the same time just to show the disrespect this company has for its employees

Good pay with a lot of ability for overtime.
Cons
No paid vacation or PTO in first year. 1 week off during second year. 2 weeks off each year until year 9. Terrible communication from management to workers. They also promote “friends” before the people that are actually qualified for the jobs.
