Pros
Good pay, nice coworkers
Cons
Management changed the daughter is running it and now it sucks. It is hot, no one is told when they do a good job. They only listen to the people that are sucking up to them. The all mighty dollar is what they worry about, forget about the customers the have had for years. Cannot buy paper and pens, but we can spend money on needless window blinds. When someone leaves they do not replac3 them just pile there work on to someone else.

Good pay. Great coworkers. Excellent equipment lots of engineering support.
Cons
I worked weekend shift. Left very little time for anything when you work 12.5 hours per day.
