Pros

Great product quality materials and well designed. Warranty on buildings is first class. Lots of options and very customizable.

Cons

Poorly run company, turnover, lack of support. No standard policy or procedures. Lack of training. Hiring of contractors to fill positions could be better done.

Good health insurance, some employers are nice.

Cons

Is hard work, lack of communication between employers. Long hours, work environment is really hot on summer.
