      Love my Company - Love my Coworkers

      Pros

      Really great co-workers. Everybody seems to care about what they do. Work is def a challenge. I get to learn new things each week on the job. Started this thing as a temporary deal while I was looking for something long term. 5 years later - here I am. Busier than ever. I really enjoy the people in our out of state stores. I've been able to make nice friends. I feel like I make a difference. Management is great - always easy to talk to and walking around and nice. My boss is much better than my old boss. Great morale. We even get a profit bonus each year - which is really awesome. HR people are now great departments to work with.

      Cons

      Might want to transfer to one of our stores - but the jobs there are different than here so it's kind of hard. Our department needs another person to keep up. Not sure if we're going to get one going into winter time.

      An amazing group of humble employees from bottom to top matched with hard working individuals that have a strong focus on pushing new technologies, processes, and consistent growth into a flourishing future for the company. Provides the perfect balance of structure and freedom that my workmanship shines best in.

      Cons

      An evolving corporate office that continues to evaluate & improve every process/facet of the business — not the best fit for those that can't "jog in place while working"

      Pros

      We have a monthly get together for anniversaries We have an annual Christmas party We get bonuses each year I love my coworkers The managers at the corporate office and the higher ups are nice and helpful My manager lets me be flexible on my start so I can pick up my child

      Cons

      JayDee Edwards is really hard to use I would like to be on an activities committee but haven't been asked We should get a corporate office newsletter
