Pros

The job was a challenge. I learned a whole new job. I had a good training with a good co-worker. I left a few months back and wish I would have stayed. I took a job a little closer to home. Got a bonus at year end because the company was in good shape. My manager was really good. Executives and managers at the office were nice, pleasant, and easy to work with. Lots of joking around and fun. Had a great experience.

Cons

Move the office closer downtown for northern workers. Allow to work from home - some people could?

Pros

Tuff Shed views all of its new hires as employees-for-life. Few other companies have that view of their employees. They are a stable company that has been in existence for over 25 years.

Cons

They do not support paying for even part of an employee's continuing education. This is because the company founder does not have a college degree. Few opportunities for advancement unless you are in the construction side of the business.
