      great product, great people. I have worked for Tuff Shed for 5 years and could not be happier. TS values your opinions and values you as a person. The company continually strives to be the industry leader, could not be happier

      Cons

      Like all companies, Tuff Shed is not for everyone. Expectations are a very high sense of urgency.

      Pros

      Profit sharing is outstanding, has vacation sell back policy, pay is good. Executive leadership is outstanding, sales leaders are hard charging but fair.401k is very good and benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      New hire training is fair, IT has some problems at times

      Long hours, drive time to big box clients coupled with thousands of miles on personal vehicle = 9.00 per hour.

      Pros

      easy to get hired. just look at the many sales positions open. it's becasue they pay low and then grind you hard. seven days a week is (unwritten) but yet expected. Lots of turn over at every position becasue of harsh management.

      Cons

      Hostile, low pay, lack of manager support. This B2B job at Tuff Shed is impossible. Lots and lots of turn over because of management.
