Pros

The firm places a strong emphasis on diversity and inclusion, creating a welcoming environment for all employees. Additionally, the flexibility in work schedules, including remote work options, is valued highly by employees for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

Given the flexibility and remote work options, there might be a potential challenge in ensuring even distribution of workload across the team. Some employees may feel they are taking on more work than others, leading to potential burnout or dissatisfaction if not properly managed.

Pros

Great work-life balance with outstanding benefits and opportunity for upward mobility within the firm. The management team cares about their employees through offering multiple performance based bonuses. This firm also provides the chance to perform some pretty rewarding work on behalf of individuals who are going through difficult legal situations.

Cons

As with most law firms, you may have to work late sometimes when but that is balanced with the ability to work from home when and flexible hours.

Pros

I have heard that former Feds 'can't hack it' in private law practice; gave me some concern when moving from a GS-15 Step 9 positive over to a partnership at TR. This law practice is everything I wish I walked into out of law school in 1995; perfect system of work give give you enough leeway to excel, and not enough leeway to fall on your face.

Cons

Metrics do count; if you want t watch paint dry for 7 1/2 hours a day, this is not the line of work for you. I think every attorney needs to decide their relationship to the practice of law, at all points in their career. TR is a great place to do as much.
