The onboarding at Tully Rinckey is well done. It is a growing firm and currently hiring to meet future demands. It has offices throughout the United States and abroad with its' home office right here in the Capital Region. The staff are a wonderful group of people to work with. The Senior Managers put forth great effort to create a dynamic positive team atmosphere. The office has ample parking and no long hike to enter the office.

Cons

While we have WEBEX technology which is great for meetings, we do not always get to see the staff and attorneys who work at other and out of state offices.

We have up to date systems, excellent attorneys to consult with, a structure to benefit clients and highest of ethical standards.

Cons

It is not a negative but the firm requires excellent work.
