Thank you for your feedback. Tully Rinckey prides itself on client service and our team is a national leader in federal employment, military and security clearance law. We have a large number of employees who have been with the firm over decade as a testament to our compensation system. With regard to the annual holiday dinner, we have had a lunch in prior years, however this past year with COVID looming in the background, we felt that it was best to socially distance and do something good for our community by donating what we would have spent on the meal to those in need. We surveyed the entire firm in advance of this decision and used employee feedback to make the final decision. For those reading this review, we would suggest looking up the LinkedIn profiles of various employees to see the tenure of our team. Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience. We work with a team that continually review our entire benefits package, so we are getting the best bang for the (considerable) bucks but it’s hard especially with health care costs. We appreciate your Feedback.
