I started at the firm as an almost entry level associate. Within a year, I was managing my own case load, and within 3 years, I was promoted to Senior Associate. I was promoted to Partner just a little over a year later, less than 7 years after I started practicing. Along the way, I have had access to great mentors who have cared about my career progression and development as an attorney and litigator. I have been guided by some of the best lawyers in our field. While the firm provides oversight to make sure all attorneys stay on track with cases, I was given considerable autonomy to make strategic decision on my cases. It is an excellent place to grow and develop!

Tully Rinckey is a large law firm that has has attorneys that practice in many different areas. CRA's are exposed to a wide variety of legal issues and gain experience in issue spotting and rapport-building with potential clients. There is an excellent team here at Tully Rinckey, and we encourage and motivate each other both. The supervisors and partners are wonderful; you truly get the feeling that you are working at a firm that cares about your professional growth.
