      Excellent Firm for Entry-level Legal Professionals

      Pros

      Tully Rinckey is a large law firm that has has attorneys that practice in many different areas. CRA's are exposed to a wide variety of legal issues and gain experience in issue spotting and rapport-building with potential clients. There is an excellent team here at Tully Rinckey, and we encourage and motivate each other both. The supervisors and partners are wonderful; you truly get the feeling that you are working at a firm that cares about your professional growth.

      Cons

      The negatives: this is a typical law office job- there is a large focus on output and how much a CRA is able to produce even as the flow of clients can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors which can be stressful, but is to be expected.

      Pros

      I have only been with the company for only 3 months. This firm has great work environment, have smart, friendly, and supportive co-workers. The firm have great learning opportunities. The upper management truly care about the employees needs, and wants. The benefits offered are great.

      Sometimes work/life balance can be challenging, but that's with every job.

      Provided daytime flexibility as long as you brought in money

      Cons

      Firm was entering general legal areas but treated every area of law like litigation. Billed every second of time and little concern over work product. I was unable to adequately counsel my clients given the constraints on being required to bill every time I interacted with the client.
