You will be challenged here and work hard. But you will be part of a team that is committed to the firm and its success. There is definitely opportunity for growth and advancement at Tully Rinckey, and the firm offers excellent benefits including a generous 401(k) match.

Cons

The workload can be overwhelming at times, and the challenging work environment may not be for everyone.

Pros

This is the most structured and process oriented business I have ever worked for. Client Assurance and top notch legal representation is a number one priority at this Firm. This is a no-nonsense place to work - there is no drama - there is organization and a top-down desire to hire the best attorneys and support staff. This Firm has great technology and a vision for the future. I can call any one of the attorneys at any time including the CEO and Managing Partners at the Firm - the open communication is a great asset to the business.

Cons

This Firm is not for everyone - you have to be willing to work hard, be present, pull your weight and follow the processes. If you are a rogue employee, you will not last long.
