      Room to grow definitely. Everyone gets along, management handles on time and very professional.

      It can get really busy, but it makes the day go by fast.

      The only pro I can think of was my coworkers in the client relations department however upper management AND marketing is awful!

      Cons

      OH WHERE TO BEGIN?! first off this place is based on lies they don't care about clients cases they don't even care if it's going to win or lose all they care about is if they have money. Oh and by the way who knows if a clients attorney is going to show up for the court date they probably quit 2 days prior and everyone has failed to let the client know that their attorney is actually somebody else now! Oh and be wary of the pay because someone doing a lighter job than you is probably making more than you that's why they're so hush hush on not telling anyone what someone else is making because they're ripping everyone off! Also I had no real training and information was hardly ever passed down to me so when I was only trying to do my job the information I sent out was always old news because there is NO communication and no one is on the same page here just do yourself a favor and look for another place to work seriously.

      Pros

      The title says it all. I really found Tully Rinckey PLLC to be a well-informed and hard-working law firm. I was really happy to work for this firm due to its extensive and knowledgeable employees and leaders. I was always learning a lot on a daily basis from my fellow peers as well as my superiors. No day in the office was boring, to say the least. Best of all, I genuinely felt that my superiors cared about its employees and their well-being.

      Cons

      I don't have a lot to say about this part. I found this law firm to be self-sufficient and well-functioning compared to other law firms that I worked at.
