This is a relatively young startup and it does have quite a few good qualities. - Top leadership is full of engineers. This allows for more honest and straightforward communication. Push back is felt and respected in both directions. - The company is dedicated to understanding and satisfying customer needs. This is important when trying to build capital. Mission and vision are nice and can be inspiring, but unless you have real customers that give you real money, the building's lights will go out. This helps contribute to some sense of security. - The teams prioritize building meaningful and useful things. This shows up in decision making and discussion everywhere. If you're interested in having real impact and hold yourself responsible enough for your day to day, there's plenty opportunity to contribute to that culture. This is a good place to be exposed, grow, learn, and deliver.
