Pros
Fair pay, of corse they are recieving compesation from their client, So its a no loose situation for them.
Cons
I had a problem on a job. Was layed off and told that in order to be rehired I had to speek to a certin person in the HR department. I left numerous messages and he would never return my calls. It has been close to a year now and he has still never returned my call.
