Our open-door policy has made Turtle a place where all employees feel comfortable, heard, and respected while having conversations with their supervisors. As a company that is widespread across the country, we encourage each of our branches to communicate with our corporate employees every step of the way. Turtle runs on an Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). One factor of this system involves managers meeting with their teams once every week. Employees can speak with their leaders and give updates on their work, express concerns, and ask for support if needed. This helps to maintain a constant flow of communication and ensures that each team is on the same page. Utilizing the EOS model has helped our employees to be more productive and to feel supported at work. Your feedback is important to us, and we will always work to improve our practices.
