Pros

You can learn lots about the business ,with the right person training you.

Cons

Since the owner left and the new management they have took over, they are clueless, no communication, no respect for thier thier employees or long time employees that retired. At the Bridgewater facility management talks down to to their employees "like they know everything" but are stupid. Last year if it wasn't for a friend of mine working in warehouse talking to the president (who is clueless himself) to institute a training class for all employees. All employees in the warehouse or office are treated like scum. Your lied to to get you in and if you make mistakes, your fired instead of teaching you right. I can give you hundreds of examples but to many to list
