Pros

- Freedom to choose your own path of specialization - good benefits (dental) - Hybrid - Managers and mentors are a wealth of knowledge - business travel is reimbursed - generous bonus

Cons

- PTO is "scarce" in comparison to other companies - not a very high ladder to climb position-wise - Raises are minimal and annual

decent work and home balance opportunities for remote and hybrid work, depending on position decent salary and benefits

Cons

team leaders lack direction and are poor decision-makers regarding processes, offer poor or no constructive criticism to team members, team leaders change the agenda only to suit themselves.
