Pros

Visionary new leadership! But holding on to the core values the Millard family has instilled. Fair pay and fair expectations to earn it.

Cons

Change does not come easy, our best asset is the folks that have been here for decades, but they can be resistant to change.

Pros

Most people are friendly. Flexible. Offers benefits. Great maybe for people straight out of college. Offer end of year bonus.

Cons

Corporate management has almost no involvement or just turn a blind eye to how much of a mess these places are. You will not advance here unless you are family or get a hold of upper management! Disorganized. Pay is unfair throughout to all employees. Very clique like management.

Pros

Many of the employees work well together.

Cons

They do not honor their financial commitments when it comes to earned end of year bonus. Do not value employees. Many senior managers have left recently due to a detached senior management. Much has changed in the last year. Not many happy employees. Not much direction or communication.
