Good benefits like medical care, dental care. Paid vacations like holidays, sick leaves. Paycheck comes in on time. Birthday bonus. Good feedback when some people would know your a Turtle & Huges employee. Generally a prominent company.

Cons

No equal opportunities to employees as stated in the employee handbook that it has. Discrimination in the work place. Managers lacking concerns on employee's well being in the work place. Unfair wages to employees. High practice of nepotism of managers.

decent work and home balance opportunities for remote and hybrid work, depending on position decent salary and benefits

Cons

team leaders lack direction and are poor decision-makers regarding processes, offer poor or no constructive criticism to team members, team leaders change the agenda only to suit themselves.

Pros

The pros are.......um.....everyone can call out a few times a week and have no consequences. There was some cool co workers. You wont have to get your hopes up about money. Health insurance only cost 120 a month lol. Get lied to and have your title changed to keep you at a lower dollar amount.

Cons

No future no matter how much hard work you put in. people who have been there 15 years still work the counter. Horrible manger will just treat you like garbage. If your liked by the manger you can roam free and sexual harass whomever you please. You wont be listened to and when it comes time to get more money expect lies.
