Thank you for the positive feedback! We all miss seeing our co-workers as so many of our staff moved to remote work during the pandemic. Our #1 priority during COVID is the health and safety of our employees and their families. We recognize the challenges of remote work on every member of a household. We have started to implement a safe return to office plan and look forward to the day when we can all be together again.

Pros

At the site level there was very little office politics to deal with.

Cons

Upper management had a tendency to be unprofessional, airing dirty laundry of the company often in public settings. Corporate communication was terrible and scattered. Day to day functions at site level were not understood by DFO's or VPs leading to unrealistic expectations from both your company and your customer. Compensation aligned with someone just entering the job market, benefits are substandard. HR offers little to no support in improving work environment for field employees. A side note- for a company with women at the helm as co-CEOs, the very least you could offer the women in your company would be some kind of women's leadership program. Or maybe more women actually in leadership positions.
