Gateway position into automotive MRO

Cons

HR department is understaffed (4 HR people for a company of 1200+), leaving too much recruiting work on the local managers. Existing S.O.P.'s are a joke, lacking any real substance. Individual sites are then left to "figure it all out as you go" instead of truly mastering a strategy and properly training new teams to reproduce that successful model. Upper management is quick to throw subordinates under the bus to save face.

As with many companies, there is too much devotion to E-Commerce and the new "University" C.E. vs sticking with the basics.
