      - Virtual management and administration, allows for flexible hours and locations - Good organization of correspondence with students, submitting session reports, scheduling sessions, and other administration - Competitive wages

      Cons

      - Session reports can become cumbersome to submit during busy times with high frequency tutoring with multiple students - Sometimes need to own a car to open up more opportunities

      Pros

      The flexibility that Tutor Doctor offers their tutors is rare! As a full-time University student and a mom, I was worried about adding a job into my schedule. Tutor Doctor has been great in working with my schedule and allowing me the freedom to put in hours that work with my schedule. The administration staff is fabulous and are always available for communication if something comes up or if you have questions or concerns. I really enjoy working for Tutor Doctor and the resources they supply to their tutors really ensures that you are set up for success!

      Cons

      Working for Tutor Doctor has not presented itself with any downsides. The only downside that I have is leaving kids that I have built a relationship with, but that is the downside of any teaching job!
