They make it easy

Pros

They pay fairly and always consider distance when choosing jobs for you. It's also easy to contact them when something goes wrong. Everything is done online and almost everything can be done by phone. You need to submit your hours through a computer but you can book appointments through the phone. Its also easy to work around times with clients.

Cons

You are paid monthly and sometimes I will be paid a week into the next month.

Once tutors and students are matched, you choose your assignments, work hours and locations. Advice and support are just a phone call away. It's a great way to supplement your income too!

Cons

Sudden cancellations can sometimes cause a few schedule hiccups! Communications and reports also need prompt attention.

Easy to get job Rewarding to work with students and share my knowledge Not one of those multilevel marketing schemes

Cons

-Must drive to each student's house to work a single hour, wasting gas and time -Paid $18/hour when students pay $50/hour -Biggest problem: NO QUALITY CONTROL OR TRAINING FROM TUTOR DOCTOR. They send me out knowing nothing about me or my level of knowledge and the student's don't know better. It's just not worth it for the students to pay $50/hour for some kid off the block hired by Tutor doctor to make a quick buck.
