      flexibility, set your own schedule, decent pay hourly, and you get to choose which clients to take on and which to drop

      Cons

      you have to provide your own transportation and submit silly tutor session logs after each session and if you lose transportation, you lose your job

Parents and students both are struggling in math and language arts and benefit immensely from the expertise of highly qualified tutors.       flexible scheduling, nice families, approachable management

      Cons

      out of pocket expenses at this job are huge (toll roads, gas, supplies, background check) and with what you have to set aside for taxes, the pay is not worth it. make sure you know what you're getting yourself into before signing the contract.
