-flexible hours (kind of) -quick email responses

Cons

-purposely slow with regard to payments. Submit your invoice and it takes for ever for them to pay you. When you ask them why they don't respond to you! i.e. they misuse their powers when it comes to dollars. If you are going for an interview ask them why they pay so late? Their answer would be something like "oh! that's because tutors did not submit their reports on time (which is a lie)" or "it takes 5 business days for it to go through" (this is yet another lie since they take up to 15-20 days to pay you + payments take maximum 2 days to go through) -low wage -you have to pay for the gas

Pros

The company finds students for you and you have a choice to select or not.

Cons

Pay is low. Students are charged $55/hour and Tutors are paid $17-$20/hr. Tutor is expected to travel long distances and gas is not cheap. Select Tutors are given the first choice of new students. The left over students are offered to the remaining Tutors in the "available students list". Every call or email to the Tutor is "urgent" with an answer expected right away or ASAP.
