- Weekends off - Hour lunch break - Good entry level job - Working with kids -Day goes by fast

Cons

- Management does take their anger and stress out on you. - Excepted to come in for the full day regardless of the bad weather (snow, hurricanes, icy roads) - No holiday breaks or days off. If there is a holiday you celebrate or may have off, it is unpaid or you have to use your PTO. - Drama and bullying between staff and even management - Doctors notes doesn’t count if you are sick and will be written up. - They make it difficult for you to request to leave early or have a day off to make it to doctors appointments as a pregnant women. - Company is greedy and does not care about their employees. They forget that their employees has a life and their own families too. - Low pay and annual raise is only a couple cents. - Long days - No creativity for teachers. Want all classrooms to look and teach the same thing regardless of other kids’ disabilities and needs. - If you say anything publicly bad about the job, they will hit you with a cease and desist.

Hourly getting OT, feels supported by my director.

Cons

The assistant directors don't get enough credit like the directors do. Higher wages, bonuses. Some schools the assistant director does more than the director it is a team position to make everything corporate is asking for happen. Assistant directors should get more PTO, or just stick with being salary.
