They really like to promote people from within They don’t have a cap out rate so you can continue getting razors at a specific rate every year As you’re with the company longer, you get great vacation. I get six full weeks. Really great leadership that is great about answering questions Super easy to write lesson plans as a teacher they are literally created for us and everything is mapped out really well I rarely have to buy things for myself. I can always count on my manager‘s purchasing card to get me what I need. Health insurance is something you can get the first week of employment They have some decent part-time benefits I have cameras in every classroom which can protect teachers and student students Have a classroom has at least one iPad to take pictures and communicate with the makers of the tiny humans We have a proprietary app that was designed by teachers and parents alike, so it’s very intuitive and easy to use

Cons

Starting salary is not super competitive in my opinion You have to work for the company for four years before you get any real decent raises or vacation time The Internet leaves a lot to be desired when you have 30 iPads all trying to get through one wireless access point it’s gonna cause issues regularly There’s only one salary position at each school salary positions offered better benefits as far as childcare discounts so that is a con
