Pros

Most of the time had great coworkers who became friends. The families were most of the time great to work with and their children. There was curriculum to follow but also free enough to implement what activities to bring to the classroom. Supplies were often available upon request. Flexible when possible with work life balance or which classrooms you work in.

Cons

Management was not the best at their job and was likely higher ups wouldn’t listen to the teachers concerns to make positive changes. Raises & wages weren’t the best with the work being put in and how often they would increase the tuition rates.
