Pros

Children, Parents, and SOME of the staff

Cons

If you ever wanted to have an experience working with children do not work with LCG ( Tutor Time) It was one of the worst experience as a professional working with children. 1. Management - Overworked, caddy, shows favortism, 2. Staff - Caddy, too young, inexperienced, no training, 3. Cleaniness - Dirty 4. Pay - Horrible - begged for $10/hr the max is $12 5. Training- You mind as well get your training from youtube. 6.Work Environment - Horrible. No refreshments for the teachers. If you need water, you have to drink from the water fountain. It's okay in its place if you are outside etc, but what if you cannot leave the room? No coffee, or snacks so the teachers can be refreshed and energized to keep up with the kids. 7. Perks- None. If you have kids - which I do, you have to get state assistance or you have to wait until your kids are two years old to at least get 45% off.
