I am technically still on a temporary LOA from the company as when this happened, they had to form for such an agreement so agreed with me via email

They are rigid and unforgiving

Make your own schedule; direct deposit; raised pay for peak hours

Cons

The program used to work from home is not user intuitive; the supervisors do not "train" you, they send you dozens of articles to read; incredibly rigid about how tutor sessions should operate. They are not understanding and are more concerned with having every tutor conduct themselves in the same exact way than whether or not the student is getting the most from their session.
