Work-life balance and individual career advancement are recognized issues. If you are looking for a company that can offer purpose, autonomy and the opportunity for mastery, Twistle is it. You will be challenged. You will grow.
Cons
Twistle is a small but growing company that requires some flexibility. Benefits are few but those that are there are nice (unlimited vacation, flexible hours). For those that are not (health insurance) pay is adjusted. This, nevertheless, puts the burden on the individual to find and navigate their own insurance.
