      Pros

      By far some of the smartest people I've ever worked with. The culture of Two Sigma really promotes collaboration, and respect in the workplace is highly emphasized.

      Cons

      Teams are incredibly lean and depending on department, understaffed. This creates a heavy support burden at times. Certain departments also carry a scary amount of technical debt.

      Pros

      Very fun culture, lots of employee perks (amazing kitchens, huge gym, lots of parties and celebrations). Amazing performance - very successful firm.

      Cons

      Culturally unique - segregation by job function and/or home country. The programmers keep to themselves and don't integrate well with the rest of the company. Huge growth has led to management challenges.
