      Pros

      I was working with many smart people, having fun with what we worked on, salary was good and the environment positive on one hand, but challenging on the other.

      Cons

      The company is not that small anymore and sometimes it takes quite a while to get your "words heard" and sometimes you need to do quite some paperwork efforts before you can start realising the ideas.

      Pros

      Not only is the culture amazing, but they believe in growing their talent. There are many former receptionists working their way up the ranks.

      Cons

      As the company grows, more processes are codified and locked down. This leads to some extra paperwork.
