      Pros

      Everyone at Two Sigma is brilliant and the environment is remarkably family friendly while still intellectually engaging. The chairmen are accessible and engaged and they are committed to building an excellent company to work for.

      Cons

      The company has grow quickly causing some minor pains along the way. Occasionally people will become complacent and stick around for a little too long.
