      * Very smart people, top to bottom * Low-ego environment * Lots of opportunity to learn new skills, both relevant and not to your job (e.g. basic electronic skills classes or knitting clubs) * Lots of focus on building a free thinking, collaborative culture

      Cons

      Promotion process is a bit of a black box. Mentorship is harder to come by for more senior folks.
