Pros
Great place to work if you are lucky to get your dream-job. The pay rate can be better, but benefits are good. Management are friendly and co-workers as well.
Cons
Be careful! You can get catfished to a job position you don’t want to work. I got hired to what I believed was going to be a great new opportunity and then discovered that the job wasn’t what I signed up for. The job I was promised has not materialized and I don’t expect to happen soon. Management promised me to work with a specific group and role, but the first day I started working with the agency they said that there was a slight “change”. They promised to put me back on the group after 6 months, but they have not keep their promise. I feel very disappointed. Also, I can perceive signs of discrimination and favoritism in the department.
