Pros

Great organization to work for. Provides a stable career with interesting work and lots of training. Great place for a young professional starting out. Decent medical benefits. If you work long enough you can expect a pension plan for retirement, which is rare these days.

Cons

Pay is not as high as competition. Advancements and raises are slow to come by.
