Effort is not recognized fairly. (at least half of those given awards do not deserve them)
Employees morale is very low due to overworking conditions.
Work that takes several days is expected to be done in one day. Really?? This is a joke.
Bonus is way too low. (max up to 2 weeks when company is making RECORD profits)
No work life/balance.
Most people in this group have zero personality. Most probably due to the specific type of personality hired and mental overload.
SQL is the only marketable skill set you will gain.
Learning ODYSSEY work processes and data is 80% of the job. With that in mind, I would not recommend anyone who wants to maintain a marketable skill sets to work here.
Profit driven - management is preaching work life balance but its actions indicate otherwise.
