Pros

Compensation is okay in the beginning.

Cons

Upper management is so focused on the bottom line and shareholders that they do not provide their support teams proper staffing and training resources. Combining that with unrealistic expectations make the environment toxic. There is about a two year cycle where either people go to other teams not support or leave the company entirely.

Pros

- free drinks - facilities are nice when the software developers aren’t sleeping in the bathroom stalls to avoid working

Cons

- employees care little for their hygiene or appearance - poor training, doesn’t prepare you for the job - game room is a joke, you won’t ever get a moment to step inside and enjoy it because the work load is crazy - seems like half the staff have been there forever and the other half are one foot out the door (turn over rate is high) - massively abuse h1b visa system, it shows in the quality of their products

Pros

There is no pro with this company. You simply cannot find a worse job.

Cons

The company is good at squeezing as much as possible from the employees. The managers are unprofessional in this company, at least in their Renton divison. They were all part of the old timers club. The typical management you have there would simply lock himself in the office all day; have no technical or professional skills and offer no constructive value to the team, except telling you how much you suck in the year end review. The managers are at the positions only because they are friends of the upper management. The management is also deceptive. Last year they were planning a mass layoff while promising everyone job security and promotion; but the end, they pushed a lot of people off the cliff. Some of them openly discriminate alumni of other schools except his own - Washington State University. we have all lost our faith in the management and their existence threatens our job security. Their incompetence is evidenced by the poor performance of EDEN and Dynamics AX.
