They have some really good benefits, the work is standard for my field, and I really enjoy the people I work with.

Cons

There are times where my whole day is taken up by meetings, corporate management is sometimes slow to make decisions on behalf of their employees, not a huge gripe, I am very thankful for the job I have and the opportunity that I have been given, but I wish I was at least making my market value in my position.
