      Pros

      Jonathan Fife was great to work for. True start up environment. A bit hectic at times, but the environment was all business and no politics.

      Cons

      Hitched to the wrong technology wagons. Silverlight provided a great UI experience, but compatibility and memory leaks were regular issues.

      The company had many opportunities to advance in position or to move around in the company. The salaries were nice as well.

      Cons

      There was a lot of micro managing that happened at the company. People constantly needed updates on what you had been working on.

      Work-Life balance, great people to work with, great financials. The people you work with make it tolerable. Very fun environment.

      Cons

      Old technology, low pay. If they would get rid of VBscript, VB6 and pay the devs market rate this would be an outstanding place to work.
