Pros

Free beverages, game room, stock option

Cons

The white management doesnt let any other grow, most of the managers are white male who dont have any talent and they feel insecure due to which they dont let anyone grow, the pay scale is too low and very less learning opportunities. There is no visibility of your work to the higher management since ur group manager is the last person u can interact with and like I said all of the group managers are old white males with nothing else left in the life other than fooling around. The head of all these managers is a big flirt, just fyi

Overall good company

Pros

-Good work/like balance. -Attentive management. -Great market share of public sector software, Tylers software sells. -Compensation and benefits are fairly competitive. -Good office culture (Renton office has a game room, foosball tournaments, team lunches, hackathon, relaxed dress code).

Cons

-Technology decisions usually revolve around older stacks, engineering leads are not completely aware of the evolving software development ecosystem (if you're looking to develop using that new, bleeding edge NodeJS framework - look elsewhere). -Some projects/teams do not have as much active development as others. -"Silo'ed" culture across various offices. How one office operates does not necessarily correspond with other offices.
