      Tyler is always improving benefits to the employees and introducing a 9/80 or 4/10 schedule has added so much PTO to my life

      Pros

      Job stability and work life balance are cornerstones of the company. I have worked in 3 different divisions and while some better than others they all will not force you to work more than 40hrs. If you are getting your work done that is all that matters, and if you have to take care of something in you life during work hours that is perfectly acceptable.

      Cons

      Hard to get more money without looking for other jobs.
