      Pros

      There's a lot of really capable and approachable people in Tyler. If you ask them, they'll gladly help you. Colleagues are fun to interact with and there are a lot of activities in the office and the HR team here is very approachable and easy to talk to.

      Cons

      The job mostly deals with legacy systems. It gets hard to figure out what might go wrong if you're trying to fix things but that's just the thing with legacy systems.
