Pros
There are multiple divisions within the company. If you are on the software side you will probably enjoy your job.
Cons
As an hourly employee with the company does not get sick leave, sick leave is only offered it only offered to salaried/exempt employees. They get both paid time off and sick leave. Hourly employees are treated as second rate employees. Preference is also given to salaried employees in the gift of benefits from day one of employment. An hourly employee only gets benefits i.e. health insurance, after three months and must fend for themselves for three months. No performance reviews or salary increase.
