      Pros

      Great co-workers. Hard-working smart people working together for the customers. Good benefits.

      Cons

      Senior Leadership shortsighted! They look only to stock value and shareholder profits and don't respect the customers or the employees. Sr leaders cut from a common cloth (conservative white men). They squeeze every thing they can get from out of emoloyees. Work life balance is a joke for most Tyler employees. So are raises.

      Great benefits and PTO, stable company with great outlook, excellent products for the public sector, value work-life balance

      Cons

      Base pay is not competitive, managers do not communicate very well, not many opportunities to advance within some divisions, onboarding training was lacking
