Grew too fast

Pros

Relaxed work environment, flexibility in schedule to accommodate family needs, try to make work environment fun with events throughout the year

Cons

For the Lubbock office specifically, the company grew too fast without the candidate pool to support it. A lot of people were hired that would not have been hired 10 years ago. More of a problem is that a lot of people were promoted who do not have good management skills just because we had to have someone in that position. Their in abilities are not being a dressed causing people to leave.

Pros

Jonathan Fife was great to work for. True start up environment. A bit hectic at times, but the environment was all business and no politics.

Cons

Hitched to the wrong technology wagons. Silverlight provided a great UI experience, but compatibility and memory leaks were regular issues.

Pros

OK place to work - good benefits but depends on office you work in as to work environment.

Cons

Small company trying to be a big company and doesn't know how to do it.
