      Pros

      Great place to work. Treat employees well and good benefits.

      Cons

      Since they've grown both organically and through acquisition; there are some executive management people that came to the company through acquisition that aren't well connected to the people that work beneath them in the structure

      Pros

      Flexible hours, opportunity for growth, casual dress code. They try to emphasize the importance of family and creating a positive work culture. They also seem to pay employees well but there is no transparency into what salary ranges are.

      Cons

      Clients do not like the product and upper management does not seem to know why. Places employees in difficult situations. Employees in some departments are not given the proper support and are asked to do too much work in order to ever be successful. Like many software companies, senior leadership mostly consists of older, white males.

      Company is trending in an amazing direction Nationwide offices Lots of lateral growth opportunities Fountain soda in the Plano office :)

      Cons

      Long seniority amongst all executives can make it a challenge to grow Pay is not at industry standards but very competitive Many perks at some locations but not all
